Circle Gets the Square

The focus of this post was going to be the maxi dress and natural accents... but then I noticed the circles! All of the circles... circle in the dress, circle earrings, circles bracelet... I should have looked for circle shoes, but maybe that would have been overkill. Probably not, but I really liked these wedges I found for this dress.

Make It Fancy: Retro Style

Almost any casual outfit can be made a little bit fancy without making you feel over-dressed.  I love mixing retro-inspired items from different eras. The shirt is casual, and nods to the 70s and 80s. The scarf seems really mid-century with the color and texture and will add interest. Finally, the shoes help really kick it up and take it way back. Of course, though, they are all modernized, which is what I love about them.
